Everyday Spirituality for the Frazzled

Holy Wisdom Monastery invites you to the
Benedictine Retreat with the Rev. Dr. Jane Tomaine
September 21, 2012 6:30 pm – September 23, 2012 1:00 pm

Reconnect with what is truly important to you as you explore with others how the Rule of Benedict and Benedictine Spirituality can give you tools to meet life’s challenges with grace, joy and hope. Learn ways to center your heart in Christ through your day-to-day routines. Take a break from the normal fray of daily responsibilities to refresh and renew. You will receive practical tools that will help you to live in the present moment, create a healthier balance of activities in your daily life, let go of thoughts that frazzle, and connect with God through creative ways during the day.
