8 cups of chopped fresh mixed fruit (apples work well)
3 cups sour cream
1 cup maple syrup (preferably real maple syrup)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Chopped nuts (optional)
In a bowl gently mix the chopped fruit.
In a separate bowl combine the sour cream, maple syrup, chopped nuts and pinch of salt and mix well.
Toss over the bowl of chopped mixed fruit.
